Drilling Rig Telescoping Masts

All USA built, strong, factory engineered masts!  Our masts and derricks are a feature of all our drilling rigs, work over rigs, and oilfield pulling units. Quality Control is ISO 9000 and API 4F.

All masts include a TELESCOPING DERRICK with open face derrick design, manufactured to API 4-F specifications.

THE OPEN FACE DESIGN utilizes a structural design, which allows for maximum block clearance.
The DERRICK INCLUDES a ladder from rig floor to crown and a block cradle. It utilizes two, 3-stage, double acting raising rams and a single, single-stage scooping cylinder.

RAISING AND TELESCOPING CONTROLS are located near the operator’s console for easy access and operation.
HYDRAULIC PRESSURE GAUGES are mounted on the driller’s console to provide system monitoring during the raising / lowering process. THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM incorporates a safety choke system.
